Welcome to the Workroom. We are happy to offer bookings to the public between 9am - 5pm every week through Skedda. Our evening primetime slots can only be booked upon request. Below you’ll find photos of our spaces, along with our hourly rates and maximum booking times. If you need more information on a space, need to make longer or multiple bookings with us, please email us at info@mtlworkroom.com. We are here to help you get set up!

We reserve the right to deny or terminate reservations. All customers are liable for any damages done during their agreed upon reservation time.

  • THE LAB

    The main studio can be used as you see fit. For non-members the space is available:

    9AM-2PM (Mon-Fri) $25/hr (+tax)

    2PM-5PM (Mon-Fri) $35/hr (+tax)

    5PM-11PM (Mon-Fri) $45/hr (+tax) PRIMETIME N/A VIA BOOKING PLATFORM - must contact to book

    1hr minimum to 3hrs maximum daily

    Please contact us for bookings over 3 hours, recurring/long term bookings or events/ Rates vary.

  • THE STATION

    The creation studio can be used as you see fit. For non-members the space is available:

    • 9AM-2PM (Mon-Fri) $20/hr (+tax)

    • 2PM-5PM (Mon-Fri) $25/hr (+tax)

    • 5PM-11PM (Mon-Fri) $35/hr (+tax)

    • 1hr minimum to 3hrs maximum daily

    • Please contact us for bookings over 3 hours and/or during prime time evening/weekend hours. Rates vary.

  • THE HUB

    Workrooms co-working space is perfect for quietly working and getting a coffee. For non-members the space is available:

    • $9.99 (+tax)/hour

    • Maximum of 2 hours

    • 9AM-5PM (Mon-Fri)

    • Please contact us for private meetings/bookings over 2 hours

  • We have a parking lot for our clients and side street parking on our cross street Devonshire in case our lot becomes full.

  • Absolutely. We do require any event rentals to reach out to us at info@mtlworkroom.com as rates and responsibilities vary.

  • Our main co-working space is not meant for private meetings or calls that require maximum silence. Our members are able to connect with us to book an office space for these needs on a case by case basis.
